Somehow this turned out to be my soy bean day. Had a tall glass of tajo with lots of sago and brown sugar syrup from the usual vendor who sails into the compound every morning, and bought a bottle of chocolale-flavored soy milk and a block of tofu.
S. and I had fried tofu for lunch. I had mine with stuffed green olives and balsamic vinegar. S. had his with a salted egg.
