I once saw a documentary that showed how, in carnivals, toppling an entire pyramid of cans with a ball entitles one to a giant, stuffed toy. The documentary showed how one of the cans is rigged and cannot be made to topple.

This seems to exist in at least some stalls in Enchanted Kingdom, Santa Rosa, Laguna. The SAME CAN refuses to topple. Someone should investigate it, because it is unfair to the paying public.
