Late lunch with the granddaughters.

M.'s cafe's staff members are in the cafe cooking their lunch anyway, though the cafe is closed to the public. Apparently not all of them went home for Christmas.

We left the paraffin oil lamps lit through the night on our family altar and will leave them lit through this day and through tonight. (They are in well-anchored glass vessels and shielded by glass chimneys.)
