My favorite Bruce Lee movie remains Fist of Fury a.k.a. The Chinese Connection, about political injustice and a student's revenge for the death of his teacher.
Thinking of watching my second favorite Bruce Lee film, The Big Boss, later today. It is about social injustice.
I love Bruce Lee films that have minimal Western elements. (They are usually cast as antagonists, though, which is a form of discrimination in itself.) I guess, what I meant is that only an Asian producer, director, and writer can ever produce a movie with an Asian soul. And so I treasure the B.L. movies that are purely Raymond Chow.
