I love converting rooms to tiny houses, but here are things about tiny houses I do NOT love:

--sliding walls that mean giving up one room to gain another
--too much clever storage compartments, like corners in a cluttered mind
--ladders that have to be moved to get to more than one loft
--furniture that folds up, including beds
--having to move aside certain objects in order to get to whatever is hidden above, behind, beneath, or on either side of them
--having to smell anything that comes from even the farthest corner
--having to hear anything that comes from even the farthest corner
--toilets that turn their back on convenience
--improvisation
--"granite" tops that are actually made of liquid polymer fiberglass
--cute decor pretending to be great ideas.
